Mr. McCarthy has over 20 years of experience in the field of civil engineering and land surveying. Ryan
has provided design and construction services on a wide variety of residential, commercial, municipal and state projects. His broad range of experience provides him with a unique hands-on approach and a thorough understanding of all phases of a project, from the initial planning process through construction close-out.

PERSONAL ACTIVITIES:
Outside of the office, Ryan is always finding ways to challenge himself and learn new skills. Ryan and his wife, Katie, live in Eliot and are proud parents of two wonderful kids. Ryan enjoys spending time with family, coaching youth sports and relaxing on the water.
