Office Manager:  
(Part-time)

Tidewater Engineering & Surveying is seeking an Office Manager to support our engineering and surveying team. This role is responsible for day-to-day office coordination, answering and directing phone calls, managing scheduling, processing payroll, greeting clients, and assisting with general administrative needs. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed to support daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical office environment. This is a part‑time position with the potential to grow into a full‑time role.
Project Engineer:  

Tidewater Engineering & Surveying is seeking a Project Engineer in the civil engineering / land development field. All ranges of experience considered from new graduates to experienced professionals. Qualified experience to include site design & layout, grading, stormwater design, utility design, road design, and permitting.  Must be familiar with Autodesk Civil3D, HydroCAD and Microsoft Office. 
Project Manager:  

Tidewater Engineering & Surveying is seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of five years of experience in the civil engineering / land development field. Candidate must have their PE license. Qualified experience to include site design & layout, grading, stormwater design, utility design, road design, and permitting.  Must be proficient with Autodesk Civil3D, HydroCAD and Microsoft Office.  Will be responsible for managing projects, engineering design, client coordination and planning board presentations as necessary. 
Land Surveying
Technician:  

Tidewater Engineering & Surveying is seeking to hire Land Surveying Technician to assist with research, field work, CAD drafting, and other day‑to‑day tasks. We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to take on a variety of responsibilities with a can‑do attitude. This role offers exposure to a wide range of land surveying projects and the opportunity to grow within a company committed to advancing your career. AutoCAD experience is preferred but not required.
Professional Land Surveyor:  

Tidewater Engineering & Surveying is seeking to hire a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in either Maine or New Hampshire. Candidate is expected to have experience with boundary determinations, client coordination, knowledge of field equipment and procedures, CAD drafting and project management.  Must be proficient with Autodesk Civil3D and Microsoft Office.  
Land Surveying
Intern - Summer 2026:  

Tidewater Engineering & Surveying is seeking a Land Surveying Intern for the summer of 2026. Enrollment in an accredited post-secondary land surveying (or similar) program is preferred but not required. We are looking for a student that has an enthusiastic, motivated, can-do attitude. You will obtain a rounded knowledge of various types of land surveying projects by being an active member of the surveying field crew. You may also assist with deed research and AutoCAD drafting. Prior internship and AutoCAD experience preferred but not required.
